About the Artist
Richard L. Hodges “Powerhouse Baritone,” as described by the Wall Street Journal, is an electric presence on stage. A recent stand out performance of Preacher in The Industry’s “Sweet Land, ” Richard is an artist of the time from title roles in Gianni Schicchi, Hamlet, Porgy and Bess, and Il Tabarro. His collaborative engagements have led to composition, stage direction, Creative Director, and writer. Richard is currently the Director of Voice Studies at Western Washington University.
